The correct design, which is always carried out taking into account the building program and the location of the project, the selection and proper use of appropriate materials, the specialization of the partners and the workforce, but above all the continuous supervision of the work and the strict adherence to the schedules during the project management, enable the company to guarantee good execution, thus satisfying even the most demanding client.
The undertaking of the project, in whole or in part, is carried out by the company, following an assignment from the respective client and includes, without limitation, the following:
The preparation of the necessary studies, based on the building program that results after close collaboration with the client, taking into account the requirements for safety, energy efficiency and aesthetics.
The licensing of the project by the relevant competent bodies.
The perfect construction of the project, strictly adhering to the implementation studies and supervising the implementation teams and their work with rigor and attention to detail.
During construction, all necessary measures are taken to achieve the minimum disturbance and burden on the environment and the users of the building, to the greatest extent possible.
Strict adherence to safety and hygiene measures for employees, throughout the project, whether they are subcontractors or company personnel.
The recording of water supply, sewage, electrical, heating networks, etc. in drawings, using modern 3D scanning methods
Checking the proper functioning of all electromechanical installations, before the final delivery of the project to the contractor.
The final connection to the utility networks.
In particular, it should be mentioned that in the reinforcement of the load-bearing structure of buildings, with regard to behavior in an earthquake, the initial strength of the building at the time of construction, the existing strength and then the final strength after the intervention that will take place are studied and determined with special software.
In energy upgrades, the building's category is determined based on the National Energy Efficiency Code and then the interventions that will achieve the new, desired energy efficiency category are proposed.
The delivery of the completed project or its assigned part at the predetermined and agreed stage, at the exact time specified by the contract or private agreement, as well as the performance guarantee (of varying duration depending on the case and type of project).
